Dori Nolan is Senior Vice President of Institutional Solutions at Berkadia. In this role, Ms. Nolan is focused on growing Berkadia’s relationships with current and new institutional investor clients, helping them to better understand the full potential of Berkadia’s suite of services and resources.
Ms. Nolan has extensive multifamily transaction expertise and industry-wide relationships. She is responsible for collaborating with Berkadia Investment Sales and Mortgage Banking professionals to improve customer care programs and enhance customer service satisfaction.
Prior to joining Berkadia in 2019, Ms. Nolan was a partner with Capri Capital Partners, a multi-billion-dollar real estate investment management firm, where she was responsible for all investment activities, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing efforts. While at Capri, Ms. Nolan acquired, originated and managed more than $10 billion in multifamily investment in the largest metro markets in the United States.
