Hassan Dixon is an Associate Director on the Berkadia’s Washington, D.C. Mortgage Banking team. In this role, he is responsible for providing financing solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners throughout the United States. Hassan Dixon joined Berkadia in 2015. Since then, Mr. Dixon has managed over 350 HUD loans totaling well over $500MM and been part of originating over $450MM in HUD, Fannie, Freddie, and Bank financing transactions. He has formed creative financing solutions for projects from California to NYC. Mr. Dixon is a prominent member of Berkadia’s multifamily and affordable housing team and has worked on numerous LIHTC and other affordable transactions across the U.S. As a firm believer in attractive affordable housing, Mr. Dixon has made it his duty to bring more projects of that caliber into fruition across the United States and U.S. Territories of America. Mr. Dixon has worked with numerous developers and housing authorities over the years including the Montgomery County HOC, The Peebles Corporation, and many others. Mr. Dixon received his Masters in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University
