Ian Hilpl serves as a Managing Director for Berkadia Manufactured Housing Investment Sales.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Hilpl was at Capstone Companies, where he served on the Manufactured Housing team as a Partner. He was a part of over $5 billion of Manufactured Housing / RV product transactions and was an active contributor and leader in the company’s growth.
