Jake Pietras is an Associate Director for DC Metro Investment Sales– a full-service vertical within Berkadia’s national Hotels and Hospitality platform. Since joining Berkadia in October 2019, he has successfully worked on more than $1.2 billion of closed hotel transactions, spanning full-service, select-service, and resort-style offerings, in addition to assisting Jefferies Financial Group (Berkadia parent company) with buyside advisory services.
Jake earned a Cum Laude distinction as a graduate with a dual degree in Finance & Risk Management and Insurance at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
