Jason Parr is a Senior Managing Director for Berkadia’s Investment Sales platform and is based out of San Francisco, CA. He advises and transacts with the full spectrum of real estate capital including institutional, professional equity, and private clients looking to execute on core, core-plus, and value-add investment strategies, in addition to group-up development throughout the entirety of Northern California and Northern Nevada.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Parr spent 15 years leading Cushman & Wakefield’s Northern California Multifamily Advisory Group. Early in his career, Mr. Parr was awarded Rookie of the Year for multifamily sales and is now a perennial national top producer, guest speaker, and is active in multiple real estate and philanthropic organizations. Mr. Parr received CoStar’s Power Broker of the Year award for 2013-2022 and GlobeSt Real Estate Forum’s 2020 Influencers in Multifamily Real Estate Award.
Mr. Parr is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Additionally, he is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Multi Housing Council, and serves as the Multifamily Sub-Committee Chair for the NAIOP San Francisco Chapter. Jason currently resides in San Francisco Bay Area and Truckee and is a certificated pilot, avid skier, adventurer, and enjoys time on the lake with friends and family.
