Jeff Hall joined Berkadia as an Underwriter in September 2017 and is located in Portland, OR. Jeff received his MAP underwriting certification in March 2020 and has helped close nearly $500MM in FHA/HUD loans at Berkadia. Jeff previously worked at PNC Bank where he was responsible for managing a team of underwriters specializing in low-income housing and historic tax credit investments. Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Economics with a minor in Business Management from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN.
