Jeffrey Skipworth is Managing Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia’s Houston office.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Jeffrey was a Partner at Moran & Company, an industry leader in multifamily brokerage. In 2006, he began his real estate career at Moran in Dallas where he marketed multifamily properties in the DFW area. In 2012, he opened up the Houston office of Moran and spearheaded the company’s efforts to expand the platform to the Bayou City and surrounding areas. Currently, in his new role at Berkadia, Jeffrey focuses on the disposition of multifamily assets in the Houston and greater South Texas markets. Since starting with Moran, Jeffrey has worked on over $5 billion in real estate transactions ranging from Value-Add to Core and Core Plus assets with a range of clients that include private equity, developers, and institutional investors. Jeffrey has extensive experience at all levels of the marketing process including underwriting, marketing presentation, research, and investor solicitation. He is a licensed real estate broker for the state of Texas.
