Kyle Whitney is a Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia’s Houston office.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Whitney was an Investment Sales Analyst in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and focuses primarily on multi-housing investment advisory throughout Houston and surrounding areas. Throughout his career, he has participated in approximately $5 billion of transactions closed to date.
Prior to joining HFF, he worked as a Vice President for Transwestern specializing in Occupier Solutions.
