Landon Domenico is an Associate Director of Mortgage Banking in Berkadia’s Irvine office. Landon joined Berkadia in 2019 as a Senior Analyst and has worked his way up to a production role starting in 2021. He focuses on commercial real estate loan origination for all types of asset types nationwide through a variety of capital sources. Prior to joining Berkadia, Landon was a production and underwriting analyst for Newmark Knight Frank in Los Angeles, specializing in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac executions.
Landon is a graduate of the University of Southern California and in his free time enjoys golf, hiking, watching sports, and traveling.
