Laura Beaton is a Managing Director of Mortgage Banking at Berkadia based in Boston, MA and has been with Berkadia since March 2019. Laura has 20 years of experience in multifamily finance nationwide. She has closed market rate, student, seniors, and affordable housing transactions. With a focus on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending, she also has experience with CMBS, bridge loan and construction loan programs. She has originated in excess of $1 billion in multifamily loans since 2015.
Formerly a Vice President of Production for Walker & Dunlop and of NKF (formerly Berkeley Point Capital), Laura has worked in various capacities in both Underwriting and Production throughout her career and has been involved in over $7 billion in multifamily financings.
Ms. Beaton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Bentley University.
