Louis Weisman is a Managing Director of Berkadia’s Seattle Mortgage Banking office. He is a specialist in with the financing of multifamily and commercial properties in the Western United States. Mr. Weisman started his career in Denver, Colorado in 1984 and has been in Seattle since 1992. Mr. Weisman specializes in multifamily assets including market rate, affordable, workforce, seniors, and manufactured housing. His experience and expertise extends to the programs offered directly by Berkadia lending partners – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He also represents CMBS, Life Company and equity investors. Located in Seattle, Mr. Weisman assists investors and existing property owners with financing for their refinancing, acquisition, or new construction needs.
