Matthew Nelson

Located in New York and focused primarily on supporting a network of clients throughout the Northeast, Matthew is a seasoned and experienced Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Small Loan producer. In his more than six years in the industry Matthew has provided financing in excess of $600 million for the acquisition and refinance of hundreds of small multifamily and mixed-use properties.  As an experienced community development specialist and former senior executive at the State of New York’s housing agencies, Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge and diversity of experience to the table for his clients. In addition to his focus on small loans, Matthew has provided conventional Freddie Mac and CMBS debt financing for his clients in New York and throughout the northeast.
