Natalie J. Castillo is a Managing Director out of the Miami, Florida office for Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Ms. Castillo was a Senior Vice President with CBRE Hotels in Florida where she specialized in investment sales of select service and extended stay hotels in Florida and throughout the Sunbelt region of the U.S. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Castillo was with The Charre Group and Jones Lang LaSalle. Ms. Castillo has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality real estate investment sector and has been involved with hotel sales totaling over $2 billion. Her extensive background includes expertise in hotel operations, development, and financing. She has a thorough knowledge of the complexity of lodging properties, including select-service, condo-hotel, boutique, and extended-stay hotels, thanks to her considerable analytical expertise.
Ms. Castillo earned her Bachelors degree in International Business at Florida International University and earned a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Ms. Castillo is also fluent in Spanish.
