Nick Tarantola is an Associate Director in Berkadia Institutional Solutions’ Irvine office.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Nick was a Senior Acquisition Associate at RK Properties, a private equity firm in Long Beach, CA, where he facilitated the closings of more than $1 billion in multifamily assets. Prior to RK, Nick was an Asset Management Analyst with Davlyn Investments in San Diego. He began his career in real estate with Hanley Investment Group in 2015.
