Rajeev Adya is an Associate Director focused on originating debt and equity capital investments nationwide for all commercial property types with an emphasis on multifamily, office, industrial and retail assets. His banking practice focuses on providing comprehensive capital solutions for commercial real estate acquisitions, refinances, supplemental financings, and construction projects.
Rajeev has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry during which time he has completed real estate and/or corporate financings for private companies/investor groups, institutional investors, private equity funds and publicly traded Fortune-500 companies across a wide range of industries. Previously, Rajeev worked as an Investment Associate at S|T|O|R|E Capital where he conducted investment analysis of commercial real estate investments. Prior to S|T|O|R|E, Rajeev was a Senior Investment Analyst with Ortelius Alternative Investment Management in New York City where he worked on equity long/short and fund of funds strategies. Rajeev began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst with J.P. Morgan & Co. in New York where he structured and executed debt financings for Fortune 500 companies.
