Richard G. Evans is a Senior Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia’s Milwaukee office. Richard is part of the Midwest Investment Sales team, based in Chicago, responsible for multifamily transactions in Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Richard was Director for Moran & Company in Chicago. During his time with Moran & Company, he was directly involved in over $5.5 billion of multifamily transactions in Chicago, Minneapolis-St. Paul, and Milwaukee/Madison. Transactions included sales of existing assets and raising joint venture equity for new developments.
Prior to Moran & Company, Richard was an acquisition associate for a pension fund advisor in which he directly participated in the sourcing, underwriting, internal presentation, and closing of over $750 million of office, industrial, multifamily, and retail assets across five Midwest markets, encompassing both acquisition of existing assets and development.
