Rob is a Vice President of Originations in the Phoenix Mortgage Banking office responsible for arranging debt and equity investments in both multifamily and commercial real estate assets. Rob’s previous experience in both the institutional equity and the bridge and life company lending side of transactions allows him to deliver superior results to his clients. During his career, Rob has been a part of closing more than $10 billion of various real estate transactions including unsecured lines of credit, bank, life company and CMBS debt as well as originating highly structured, short term bridge financing for value-add projects of all asset types.
Rob lives in Phoenix with his wife, daughter and son. He is an avid outdoorsman and woodworker and enjoys any opportunity to get into the great outdoors.
