At Berkadia, Steve focuses on assisting clients with mortgage debt solutions including FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Berkadia’s Proprietary Lending Bridge. In over 10 years of dedicated experience to the healthcare and seniors housing market, Steve has originated over $800 million in commercial and mortgage loans.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Steve worked at a regional bank for over 10 years as both a commercial banker and mortgage banker. Steve began his career at a KPMG, LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant. Steve lives in Richmond, VA with his wife and three children.
