Tom Bruce is a Director with Berkadia’s Cleveland Office. Mr. Bruce is responsible for originating FHA business throughout the country.
Prior to coming to Berkadia, Mr. Bruce originated loans for both Love Funding Corporation and PGIM Real Estate. Mr. Bruce started his FHA career working on transactions as an Underwriter at Love Funding. Mr. Bruce has experience with both Market Rate and Affordable Housing including transactions involving LIHTCs, Public Housing RAD conversions, Non-Profit RAD transactions, New Construction and Substantial Rehabilitation. Mr. Bruce has originated transactions ranging from 44 units to over 1,000 units.
