Trevor Fiebel is a Senior Director of Investment Sales in Berkadia’s Morristown office. Trevor has focused solely on multifamily sales in New Jersey for the entirety of his real estate career. Trevor began his career in 2015 at Marcus & Millichap before moving to CBRE where he joined Nat Gambuzza and his team with a primary focus in Union and Middlesex Counties. Trevor consistently exceeded his year over year production levels at CBRE while expanding into additional territories throughout the state.
In 2022, the team moved to Berkadia bringing a New Jersey based Investment Sales office to the company. Trevor continues to specialize in multifamily sales throughout multiple New Jersey markets including Somerset, Union, and Middlesex Counties along with the southern portions of the state. At the time of the team’s transition to Berkadia, the group posted another banner year grossing over $550,000,000 in sales over 46 transactions. In its entirety, the team has a combined 67 years of experience in the industry with over 17,000 apartments sold.
