Mr. Caruth has sold over 10,000 units totaling over $900 million in recent sales and has been recognized as a top producer in San Antonio since 2009. He has established himself as a leader in multifamily transactions with his in-depth transactional experience with large institutional quality assets as well as his long-term relationships with well qualified buyers in the market. Clients include private investment companies, REITS, pension funds, and local / national and investors.
Mr. Caruth is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, an Eagle Scout, and is a member of the San Antonio German Club, Order of the Alamo, and a long-time volunteer for the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo.
