Brandon Buell, alongside his partner, Kevin Larimer, direct Berkadia Student Housing Investment Sales. He is responsible for client relationships and advising the disposition strategy of institutional and non-institutional assets, handling all aspects of the marketing process including pricing strategies, valuation, negotiations and closings. During his investment sales career, Brandon has successfully been involved and instrumental in closing over $4.9 billion of purpose-built multifamily transactions.
Mr. Buell graduated from the Rawls Business School at Texas Tech University. A native Houstonian, he has served his church in many capacities including Elder, Chairman of the School Committee and high school youth advisor. He recently started a non-profit foundation with his wife and kids and has been a board member on a Houston area Municipal Utility District for the past 20 years.
