Mr. Phaneuf is a Senior Managing Director of Investment Sales in Berkadia’s Boston office with more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. His primary focus is the sale and equity capitalization of institutional quality multi-housing properties and development sites in New England. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than $25 billion of sale, equity placement and joint venture transactions across all property types.
