Dave Strachan is a Managing Director with Berkadia’s Cleveland Office.
Mr. Strachan is responsible for originating FHA business throughout the country. Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Strachan originated loans for both Love Funding Corporation and PGIM Real Estate. During that time, he was responsible for the origination of over $700 million in FHA Debt. Mr. Strachan started his FHA career working on transactions as an Underwriter. He is both MAP and LEAN certified and has closed transactions using all multifamily and senior HUD loan programs.
Mr. Strachan has experience with both Market Rate and Affordable Housing including transactions involving LIHTCs, Public Housing RAD conversions, New Construction, and Substantial Rehabilitation.
