Greg is an Associate Director of Mortgage Banking at Berkadia’s Boston office specializing in multifamily debt financing, with a focus on affordable and HUD/FHA transactions. Prior to Berkadia, he worked in Asset Management for an affordable housing developer where he closed over $200MM in refinance proceeds. Greg also has experience working in production on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financing and in Acquisitions at a LIHTC syndicator.
