Phil Noto is an Associate Director of Mortgage Banking in the Boston office of Berkadia. In this role, he is primarily responsible for both conventional and GSE debt originations of all commercial real estate product types.
Phil joined Berkadia in 2021 after having a 20 year career in community banking in the Boston/North Shore area. Phil started his banking career in 2001 as a teller and worked as a supervisor, head teller and customer service rep while in college. Upon graduating in 2006 Phil became a commercial loan underwriter and was promoted to Commercial loan officer in 2011, AVP in 2014 and VP in 2017. During his tenor as a commercial banker, he focused on all types of loan origination including retail/office, multifamily investment, and construction financing.
