Andy has originated over $8.4 billion in debt and equity transactions across all major property types in his 25+ year career as a mortgage banker. Significant transactions include multiple loans well in excess of $200 million each, along with numerous equity joint ventures involving highly structured debt components. In addition to utilizing Berkadia’s proprietary loan programs, Andy has closed loans with major life insurance companies, debt funds, commercial banks, CMBS lenders, and Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
